Terms and conditions that apply to our treatments:

• Arriving late to the appointment is a shorter treatment! If you arrive too late, unfortunately we can only shorten the treatment time because the next customers have to wait.

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hourshours before the appointment  at the number06-23 768 451

• Negligence in laser hair removal: If used 14 days before the laser treatment is made from the sunbed/tanning, the zone is not hygienic for laser treatment or is not completely shaved, this will be regarded as negligence on the part of the customer. In any case, the treatment will be charged.

• Responsibility before and after laser hair removal: If the customer does not protect himself against the sun during 14 days before and after the treatment, uses the sunbed, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer and canTheSalon Maastrichtnot be held responsible for any consequences.

 

Please read the following points carefully regarding your health. If you have any doubts about a certain disease or condition, please book an intake first or contact our salon for more information. If you have a contraindication and still make a booking, you owe the treatment. According to our terms and conditions you agree to these rules when booking!

General conditions for laser hair removal:

​

I declare that I understand that the treatments are at my own risk,

know that success cannot be guaranteed with certainty,

I am aware that the number of treatments cannot be accurately estimated,

know that a reduction of approximately 80 - 95% must be taken into account, have been informed by the practitioner of the risk of hyper-/hypopigmentation,

what is associated with such a treatment (this risk can be reduced by using a good sunblock),

be aware that after the treatment there may be redness (erythema, which usually disappears within 2 days), there is a small chance of blistering and loss of pigment (the darker the skin, the greater the chance is),

I agree not to expose the treated area(s) to the sun(nebed) for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the treatment, which also applies to self-tanning products,

to know that disturbances in the hormonal balance, certain medications or illnesses, puberty, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause can lead to new hair development, indicate that my skin is not damaged,

agree to be obliged to wear laser glasses during the treatment,

this due to the possibility of damage to the eyes.

I hereby declare that I have completed the above questions completely and truthfully and that I will inform the practitioner of any change in this information during the next treatment.

I realize that withholding or communicating incorrect information may endanger my health.

I also declare that I have understood the above treatment conditions and that I have been sufficiently informed about the nature, scope and method of the treatment.

Any ambiguities were explained to me verbally and I received answers to all my questions.

I declare that I will comply with these treatment conditions. I undergo the treatment of my own free will and responsibility.
